Would you guarantee public defenders for all defendants in immigration courts?

Immigrants are for more likely to win their cases when they have legal counsel. However, we waste countless dollars and destroy countless families unnecessarily deporting people who could stay.

Something has changed with police, and that change is not good. I've heard Police being referred to as hired killers. This needs to end, now! I'm curious what you will do to change that?

Do you believe inmigrants need to learn English to gain permanent residency here?

When parents don't speak English, they can't help kids with their homework -- this is a burden on teachers. Also it is very expensive to translate ballots, DMV tests, GED tests into other languages.

What is your stance on disenfranchisment of criminal convicted voters?

An estimated 1.5 million Florida citizens, or 10.42% of voting-age are disenfranchised because of a criminal conviction. 25% of the nation's 5.8 million disenfranchised.

Do you support the ERA?

The Equal Rights Amendment was passed by Congress and submitted to the states for approval where it failed to be supported by 3/4's of the state. It should be re-submitted to the American people.

Will you guarantee the Freedoms guaranteed in our constitution, UNCONDITIONALLY?

The Equal rights of Women, children, non-whites, students, LGBTQ, and middle-class are being suppressed, denied, and threatened, daily. All these spend money. The economy will grow when Hate STOPS!

Do you support making tobacco & alcohol controlled substances?

Tobacco meets the definition of a schedule I & alcohol meets the definition of a schedule II in the CSA. Yet, the two most deadly of all drugs, tobacco & alcohol, are exempt from the CSA. Why?

Would you support legislation banning circumcision when not medically necessary?

FGM has been illegal in the U.S. since 1996. Circumcision is an unnecessary surgery performed primarily for reasons of custom on unconsenting minors. Shouldn't boys have the same rights as girls?

Why is hateful speech tolerated by some and not by others?

How is it that D. Trump gets away with obvious hateful speech and not held accountable and others do not. He should be arrested for some of the things he has said against others for just being.

How would you handle the issue of unisex bathrooms in schools?

Too many states are discriminating against transgendered people and trying to legislate which bathroom. Wouldn't it be less discriminatory to build more unisex bathrooms?
