Would you support legislation banning circumcision when not medically necessary?

FGM has been illegal in the U.S. since 1996. Circumcision is an unnecessary surgery performed primarily for reasons of custom on unconsenting minors. Shouldn't boys have the same rights as girls?

Will you advocate for national compliance with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA)?

Florida and many other states do not mandate use of voting machines that allow voters who are print-impaired to vote on the same certified equipment as the general population.

Eric Garner, Sandra Bland, Freddie Gray: Lack of review was curbed only by public outcry. Empower police to anonymously report even rumors iof such as soon as they are aware of it.

What is your position on Minimum mandatory laws?

Minimum Mandatory laws does NOT allow a judge to look at anything - including lack of previous convictions. Florida leads the country for the longest prison terms with an average of 19yrs behind bars

Do you support an artist/musician's First-Amendment right of Freedom of Expression, or do you advocate censorship? I consider Tipper Gore a treasonous, dangerous person whose work must be stopped.

We frequently discuss abortion and equal pay when addressing women's rights, but rarely discuss the problem of untested rape kits. This issue strongly affects women, but can impact male victims, too.

Would you guarantee public defenders for all defendants in immigration courts?

Immigrants are for more likely to win their cases when they have legal counsel. However, we waste countless dollars and destroy countless families unnecessarily deporting people who could stay.

Do you think corporations should continue to b treated as persons

Corporations enjoy legal status as individuals but are not held accountable for criminal or civil wrongs in the same manner. Its a legal fiction that has distorted the law in favor of corporations

Why do you think black Americans make up 35% of the prison population?

African-American people make up 13% of the total population but they make up 35% of the prison population. That is significantly higher than what should be expected if all things are fair.
