Do you support lifting the cap on Social Security?

The current SS Tax cap is a little above $106000. Removal of that cap would fund SS without draining monies from the general fund?

If elected, would you support a tax credit for people who turn out to vote?

By giving a small tax break to all that vote, you would likely have a much higher turnout. Look at Australia for instance, they utilize this method, and have one of the highest voter turn out rates.

Even the Federal government has a patent on the medical uses of Cannabis. Cannabis as a safe recreational and beneficial medical drug is undeniable.

What is your position on lobbying and would you propose legislation to end it?

Lobbying is no different than bribery. Congress is bought & paid for to do the will of the lobbyists. i.e.- laws to hold banks accountable, opposition to the TPP or efforts to prevent GMO labeling.

Why do we have laws making fraud a crime?

There can be no argument that the Masters of the Universe on Wall Street committed fraud but none have been even charged. Is this class of people exempt from the laws? Someone is not doing their job.

Tobacco meets the definition of a schedule I & alcohol meets the definition of a schedule II in the CSA. Yet, the two most deadly of all drugs, tobacco & alcohol, are exempt from the CSA. Why?
