The voter suppression is at an alltime high,deliberate & accidentally by unfunded BOE in each state. All national elections should have the same laws a regulations for elections of Congressional& WH.

Without a residency a doctor cannot obtain a license. With school loans due these fully educated MD's will have to find other work. The problem only gets bigger each yr.with the backlog of applicants
