Will you remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act?

Currently 24 states (incl. DC) have passed consumption laws. Removing marijuana from the CSA creates a smaller Fed by letting the States govern and reduces DEA budget requirements.

Do you support the legalization of marijuana?

Would you legalize medical weed to help people who are suffering without it?

I suffer from subcortical myoclonus and I get severe seizures after I eat. Medical weed is the only thing that helps after visiting many doctors. Many alternatives for seizure medication are dangerous

What are you willing to do to make sure cannabis is legal nationwide?

My state has a Democratic governor but a Republican legislature. The prospect of legalization here is slim - what will you do to help those like me who could benefit from access to medical marijuana?

Do you support legalizing and regulating Marijuana?

Alcohol and prescription drugs kill hundreds of thousands of people a year and impair you far worse. Marijuana has never directly resulted in any death on record. Why should it continue to be illegal?

Do you support legalizing marijuana?

If so, what course of action would you take to legalize the plant here in Florida? If not, please explain and provide logical reasons why.
