WELCOME TO THE
FLORIDA OPEN DEBATE
Will you remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act?
Currently 24 states (incl. DC) have passed consumption laws. Removing marijuana from the CSA creates a smaller Fed by letting the States govern and reduces DEA budget requirements.
Why is marijuana still illegal?
It's far safer than alcohol and is a miracle drug that can help millions avoid the rising costs of health care
Do you support the complete repeal of the prohibition on Cannabis and Hemp?
This would allow people to grow their own medicine, provide farmers w/ huge economic opportunities, remove carbon pollution from air, help reduce green house gases and eliminate our need for fossil fuel
Do you support the legalization of marijuana?
Marijuana has gained much momentum over the past years within the medical community and is on the fast track to decriminalization. Given that alcohol, with its side effects is legal, why isn't THC?
Would you legalize medical weed to help people who are suffering without it?
I suffer from subcortical myoclonus and I get severe seizures after I eat. Medical weed is the only thing that helps after visiting many doctors. Many alternatives for seizure medication are dangerous

What are you willing to do to make sure cannabis is legal nationwide?
My state has a Democratic governor but a Republican legislature. The prospect of legalization here is slim - what will you do to help those like me who could benefit from access to medical marijuana?
Would you legalize marijuana after seeing the positive results in other states?
Would you legaliz marijuana for recreational use for all other state to seeing the "positive" results on thise states?
Do you support legalizing and regulating Marijuana?
Alcohol and prescription drugs kill hundreds of thousands of people a year and impair you far worse. Marijuana has never directly resulted in any death on record. Why should it continue to be illegal?
