Florida is one of the few states where civil liberties are not reinstated once debts are repaid to society. It results in a large portion of Florida being disenfranchised from the voting process.

If *yes* would you support a bill to repeal the latest clemency rules that were put in place by Gov Rick Scott in 2011 that instantly denied the right to votes to hundreds of thousands of citizens.
