Would you support ending “Police States”

Would you support ending “Police Where policing is militarized, reduce the use of speed cameras, discrimination in determining insurance rates, have statute of limitations on fines levied by MVAs, etc

How will you prevent police from being more militarized then they already are?

No matter what you see or think.Too many cops are getting away with murdering innocent people in this country. Enough is enough and congress needs to force the police to control themselves! #DONTSHOOT
