What will you do to promote a true progressive income tax?

USA used to have this so those with more ability to pay do pay a progressively bigger share.

Should taxpayers continue to fund sports stadiums in the future?

There is no evidence that new stadiums benefit local economies, but the Marlins (for one example) will end up costing the public over $2 billion in taxpayer funds over the life of the bonds.

Marco Rubio is the top recipient in the Senate of contributions from the private prison company GEO Group. As FL-Speaker, GEO was awarded a state government contract for a $110 million prison soon.

What will you do to encourage public banking?

Public banking has been the foundation of U.S. prosperity. Private banking has gamed the financial system in the name of private profit. Reconstruction Finance Corporation (public) not Goldman Sachs.

Will you stop minting coins, that cost more to produce than they are worth?

It costs 1.7 cents to make a penny, and 8 to make a nickel. It is also proven to be more cost effective to switch the main currency away from easily damaged bills, to coins.

Given the success of the program in Maine & Kansas that require able bodied, childless adults to work in order to receive food stamps, would you support a similar program in Florida?

How do you propose to balance the budget?

All other issues become moot if we suddenly must pay our creditors all the money we owe--or if interest rates rise and we "only" must pay the interest.

Are you willing to increase increase tax on people whose income exceed $250,000?

The Current tax rates place a heavier burden on lower and middle classes. Current tax rates place no burden at all on the top income people in our country. They can still maintain 6 or 8 homes.

Would you vote to uphold the "death tax," even though the money was already taxed?

I have no problem with my taxes increasing in order that others are empowered. I am okay with dividend income being taxed. But, the death tax is "double or tripple dipping," and it isn't fair.
