Should companies hiding money overseas lose the right to do business in the US?

Corporations or individuals that use offshore tax shelters to avoid paying US taxes should be banned from doing business in the US. When they don't pay the poor & middle class do.

How do you plan on addressing the problem of tax evasion by large corporations?

Corporations use tax havens like Panama and Bahamas to basically no taxes to the US. They outsource the jobs to India/China but sell their goods mainly in the USA. How can you hold them accountable?
